This was last week after the new promos came out right? So I was freaking out (rightfully so) and my siblings were rolling my eyes at my fangirling (they're incredibly sick of me and my polin obsession) and my mom was like "what are you looking at?"

So. I showed her Luke Newton's photo shoot and. SHE WAS LIKE I GET IT!!! I TOTALLY GET IT!!! it made me so happy like. colin bridgerton they could never make me hate you. season 1 baby colin bridgerton, you're an icon i love you forever

and I only started getting into bridgerton this year (a crime I know!!!) but I've heard about the stupid complaining the "fans" did about both Luke and Nicola and (while i wasn't sure how to bring it up here) personally I would never. My parents are two incredibly fine individuals and I can't wait to lose sleep over it all. 🙃
